I help private business owners create value in their businesses and realize that value when they transition out.

I founded SVC in 1999, after working in the private equity industry since 1989, an activity I continued to pursue in parallel to SVC through the 2000s. I was a founder of Tangram Partners, Inc. and has also served as the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Advanced Quick Circuits, L.P., and as a Director of Plastics Engineered Components, Inc., ARR-MAZ Products, L.P., Precision Tube Technology, Inc., K&K Screw Products, L.L.C., and EPIC Technologies, LLC, all companies which I helped acquire, operate, and ultimately divest in private equity transactions.
In my activities at SVC, I provided consulting support to select privately-held clients, including a major building products retailer, a national roofing contractor, and a sports facilities company. I also served as a consultant and advisor to the portfolio companies listed above, assisting many of them in substantial strategic changes and helping them achieve extraordinary returns for investors.
