Paul has over 35 years of professional experience in sales, management, coaching, consulting and entrepreneurship. He has successfully grown both established and start-up businesses. He has also owned three businesses and understands how business owners feel through the process of selling their business.

Paul developed a name as “The What’s Next? Guy”, having spent ten years at the Successful Transition Planning Institute (STPI) consulting and coaching executives, professionals and business owners as they discover “What’s Next? for their business, life and career. Paul left STPI in 2019 to start The Platinum Years Company, to continue his work as “The What’s Next Guy?”. He also works as and M&A Advisor.

Paul’s background includes being part of the team that grew Eden Toys, a small NY-based toy manufacturer, into a $90 million company serving thousands of US retailers including TJX, Macy’s and Nordstrom.

Paul is also a public speaker, having presented on topics at colleges and universities such Harvard Business School, Northeastern University, Babson College and Bentley University, as well as law firms, CPA societies, and professional associations. He has a BS in Business Administration from Northeastern University.
