Kathy has owned and operated five small companies in thirty-plus years, and she has successfully assisted over 150 small business owners in identifying and achieving their business-transition goals. As an entrepreneur herself, she has a personal understanding of business-ownership challenges and can empathize with the business owner.

Kathleen’s passion for assisting the owners of pri­vately held businesses continues today.
