Alison Berglund is an entrepreneur and works with baby boomers that want to make the next chapter of their life the best and healthiest.
Alison brings a broad range of experience from Fortune 500 companies, government, small & mid size businesses as well as non-profits. Her career began at Procter and Gamble where she held leadership positions in sales, marketing and business development. She left P&G to join the start up endeavor of Hannaford HomeRuns.com, a home grocery shopping and delivery service as Vice President of Marketing and Sales. In 2004, Alison transitioned to public service for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and served as the Executive Director of the Office of Small Business & Entrepreneurship. Recently Alison was the Director of Partnerships and Licenses for Interise bringing their StreetWise ‘MBA’™ curriculum to business owners in 32 US cities. Alison also is currently an instructor of the StreetWise ‘MBA’™ curriculum for established business owners who want to grow their businesses.
Alison loves the challenge of new ideas and break through endeavors that change peoples’ lives and create a sustainable difference. This has included the creation of products, companies and processes that resulted in billions of revenue dollars for organizations, large and small.
Alison is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, a Certified Integrated Health Coach and Transition Planning Consultant. Walking the talk of living her Platinum Years℠, Alison is active in her community serving on several boards, learning to play the fiddle and can be found most days either skiing or working out at the barre. Alison agrees with the Roman poet, Virgil - "The greatest wealth is health."
